FIXED AGAIN
Dont ever buy a cheap stainless manifold I have lost count how many times I have welded this one up, On the plus side I am getting really quick at taking it off and putting it back on, I replaced all the gaskets this time with metal gaskets, Fingers crossed next time it comes off ill be replacing it with a steam pipe one. I also checked my ignition timing because I have never done it I just chucked the engine when I got it and never thought anything of it, Turns out it was out retarded by 5 degrees, pretty sure it goes better now
Been through it all before, once its welded up good(especially with some good gussets!) they last forever. Loving the 180, need to tee up another old school Slipway meet when it gets underway again!

Yea man iam over this manifold ill find a steam pipe one next time, I would love to have a skid up slipway again its been about a year now, might have to come up for one of your advanced days sometime pretty keen for a skid at hamptons
