So to follow on from the last post, The drift day went awesome with no problems at all, The new found power went down a treat and made the car a lot easier to drive

UPDATE
So update time, Since the last event I’ve been lucky enough to spend a little bit of money on the car to make it go better instead of having to fix something,
So on a budget ive scored a set of subaru sti 440cc injectors, sard fuel pressure reg, A copy z32 AFM but is ment to the better of the copys, And I sent my ecu to Andy at Xtune he chipped it and loaded a tune on from another car with the same mods, Im planing on running it up on the dyno in the next couple of weeks but for now this tune is probably better than it has been.
The first round of D1NZ is on this weekend at Manfield Motorsport Park in Fielding that’s an 2 hour trip from here, So im looking forward to driving this up there on a couple of day trips, I cant wait to do some kilometers in it, The Warrent of Fitness is due this week and I noticed that its only done 540 km since the last one and most of that would have been on the track,

HVCC Trentham Autocross 29/7/12
Last weekend the Hutt Valley car club held a Autocross/ Street sprint, It was the first time they had run this event in this location so I thought I would go and have a skid and get another event signed off in my log book, The weather was awesome and there was a huge number of entrants with I wide range of cars competing, The course was probably more suited to the rear wheel drives and four wheels drives with many of the front wheel drives finding the curbs, I was really happy to find the course driftable as i am not really to fussed on trying to go for fast times, It would have been nice to get some more runs in though, due to the amount of entrants I only got four runs all day but that made for a cheap day I used no tyres and I still have a full tank of gas, But I did realise how bad the car is running after the hiding its had over the last couple of weeks so there are plans for a bit of a tune up and maybe some more power, I had my camera on so I chucked this vid together and I found some nice pics on the internet from the day.
